Information we receive
Our quote form asks for your name, company or organisation, business email, phone number, product category, approximate quantity and requirement description. If you email us a reference, we also receive the message and any files you choose to attach. Please share only information needed for your business enquiry; avoid sending employee identity documents, health information or other sensitive personal details.
The hosting and security systems may process technical information such as IP address, browser information, request time and security or error logs to deliver the website, prevent abuse and troubleshoot problems.
Why we use it
We use enquiry information to understand your requirement, contact you about it, discuss specifications, prepare quotations, arrange agreed sampling and manage a resulting business order. The form requests your agreement to be contacted about that enquiry. We also use necessary technical information to operate and protect the website.
An enquiry does not subscribe you to promotional email or unrelated marketing. Any such activity requires a separate appropriate basis and an option to stop it. We do not sell enquiry contact details.

Authorised Shubh Creations staff handle business correspondence. SMETech manages the WordPress website through the existing cPanel hosting environment and may access website information when needed for maintenance or support. Access should be limited to the people who need it.
The quote form uses WPForms Lite on this website and sends notifications to shubh.creations1008@gmail.com, hosted by Google’s Gmail service. A local WPForms entry archive is not enabled. Email copies and correspondence remain in the business mailbox. CookieAdmin manages cookie preferences. These service providers process information needed to provide their services; their infrastructure may be outside India.
Information may be shared with production or delivery support only as needed for a requested quotation or agreed order, or where disclosure is required by law. We aim to share garment and delivery requirements without unnecessary personal details.
How long we keep information
For enquiries that do not become orders, our retention policy is to review correspondence and delete personal enquiry details within 12 months of the last meaningful contact, unless an ongoing discussion, dispute or legal requirement justifies keeping them longer. This is a periodic review process, not an automatic form-expiry setting.
Order, invoice and related business records may be kept for applicable accounting, tax, contractual or legal requirements. Security logs and backup copies follow the hosting service’s operational retention and deletion cycles. If you request deletion, we will explain any records that must be retained and restrict their use to the relevant purpose.
Your choices and requests
You can ask us to explain the personal information we hold about you, correct it, stop contacting you about an enquiry, or delete it where it is no longer required. Send your request from the email used for the enquiry and describe what you need. We may ask for proportionate information to verify the request.
